As a Nationally Board-Certified Holistic Wellness Coach, I'm passionate about helping my clients to discover a happier, healthier, more balanced, and less overwhelmed version of themselves. When we learn how to prioritize our needs amidst a fast-paced, stressful, and technology-dependent way of life, we can then access feelings of freedom, self-acceptance, joy, and peace.
It is an honor to hold an empathetic, supportive, and heartfelt space for womxn who wish to re-discover what it means to say “yes” to themselves without guilt or fear.
