Hi there, I’m Sarah.
It is my goal to help you to slow down and reconnect with yourself. You deserve to rest and recharge. It’s really nice to meet you!
Welcome!
As a Nationally Board-Certified Holistic Wellness Coach, I specialize in working with womxn who struggle to find balance within their hectic and demanding lives. I know firsthand that feeling overwhelmed, unhappy, stressed, and stuck often stems from not making the time for adequate rest.
That is why it is my mission to empower my clients to develop and work towards attainable goals meant for releasing unhelpful emotions and cultivating a relaxed body and mind so that their days are filled with more joy and less overwhelm. My favorite part is celebrating with my clients when they discover a happier and healthier version of themselves!
“Sarah radiates authentic optimism and it’s contagious! Our work together leaves me feeling accomplished, centered, and ready to take on whatever life throws at me.”

Hey, it’s Sarah Henry! I’m a Holistic Wellness Coach, yogini, and mountain gal who is deeply passionate about health and wellness and a good cup of strong, black coffee.
I became a holistic wellness coach because I know firsthand what it’s like to fall victim to an unhealthy cycle of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. For years, I felt stuck in unhealthy relationships and an unsatisfying career. I struggled with anxiety and overwhelm, and I often found that I lacked the time and energy to commit to exercising and eating right.
My overactive mind prevented me from ever truly enjoying the present moment, and it kept me awake at night, too. I suffered from crippling bouts of insomnia that sometimes lasted for weeks at a time. I felt completely stuck in an unhealthy, vicious cycle, but didn’t have the stamina to do anything about it AND had no idea how to get out of my own way.
After suffering from a particularly intense bout of insomnia, I attended a Yin Yoga class for the first time and instantly fell in love. It probably sounds somewhat dramatic to say that yoga changed my life, but it truly has. My experience with slower forms of yoga has been so transformative, in fact, that I am now certified to teach Yin and Restorative Yoga, as well as Yoga Nidra.
Meditative yoga practices that combine gentle movement, intentional breathwork, and deep tissue stretching can be quite healing in nature because they encourage a deeper mind-body connection. The more I practiced, the more I was able to release trauma that had manifested as pain and tension within my physical body, as well as the unhelpful thoughts and emotions that were keeping me awake at night.
I also started working with a wellness coach who was helping me to create powerful and lasting changes within my personal and professional life, including implementing better sleep hygiene practices. It felt amazing to learn how to prioritize my physical and mental health, once and for all.
