Individual coaching

Practical, one-on-one support for navigating the changing demands of midlife.

You don’t need a complete overhaul. Sometimes you need space to step back, figure out what isn’t working anymore, and decide what would make life more manageable now.

What coaching looks like

Our sessions are practical, collaborative, and focused on what’s happening in your life right now.

We’ll look at where things are getting stuck, sort through what actually needs your attention, and identify changes that feel realistic— not just good on paper.

Between sessions, you’ll have clear next steps to experiment with in real life. We’ll build on what works, adjust what doesn’t, and keep moving forward without expecting perfection.

Where we can focus

Managing the mental load

Creating systems for everything you’re carrying so fewer things live only in your head.

Priorities and boundaries

Deciding what matters now, what can wait, and where something needs to change— or come off your plate entirely.

Routines and responsibilities

Rethinking how work, home, caregiving, and other responsibilities fit together as your life changes.

Making changes stick

Turning what you already know into realistic action, working through what gets in the way, and building changes you can actually sustain.

Is coaching right for you?

Coaching can be a good fit when you’re ready for something to change, but you’re not entirely sure how to make that change happen, or you’ve struggled to follow through on your own.

You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal. We can start with what feels hard, messy, or unsustainable and work together to figure out what would make things better.

My role isn’t to tell you how to live your life. It’s to help you step back, see what’s getting in the way, and make thoughtful, practical changes that fit who you are and the life you’re actually living.

Getting started

Individual coaching sessions are 50 minutes and take place virtually.

We’ll start with a conversation about what’s bringing you to coaching, what you’d like to be different, and whether working together feels like a good fit. From there, we’ll decide on a rhythm that makes sense for you and what you’re working toward.
