About Sarah

I believe the best solutions are the ones that fit your actual life.

Most of us already know a lot about what we “should” be doing. The harder part is figuring out what makes sense within the realities of our lives— and turning that insight into change we can actually sustain.

That’s where I come in. My approach to coaching is practical, collaborative, and grounded in evidence. Together, we look at what’s getting in the way, what matters to you now, and what could make life feel more workable.

A practical, evidence-informed approach

I’m a Nationally Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach with graduate training in psychology and public health. Since 2018, I’ve coached more than 200 clients through changes related to work, health, relationships, routines, and the demands of everyday life.

My background shapes the way I coach: I care about behavior change, systems, context, and what actually helps people follow through— not just what sounds good in theory.

I also know that insight alone is rarely enough. The work is often in translating what you know into choices, structures, and habits that fit the life you’re living now.

I understand what it means for life to change

My own life has changed significantly since I began coaching. I’ve built a business, become a parent in midlife, and experienced firsthand how quickly the routines, expectations, and ways of operating that once worked can become less workable as life changes.

Those experiences haven’t given me a formula for how anyone else should live. They’ve reinforced something I already believed: context matters. What works in one season of life may not work in another, and adjusting isn’t a failure to follow- through— it’s exactly what’s needed.

That perspective is part of what I bring to coaching: curiosity instead of judgment, respect for the complexity of your life, and a willingness to find solutions that are genuinely your own.

Let’s work together

If you’re looking for thoughtful, practical support as you figure out what needs to change— and how to make those changes work for your life— I’d be glad to connect.
